Let's Get Started - Initial Court Forms Needed To File Your Case

About This Module

This section is for you if you and your spouse are in agreement on the terms of your divorce.

We start with the tutorials on how to prepare your initial court forms so you can get your case filed. This includes the Summons, Petition, UCCJEA (if children) and your counties local form. You can find the local forms on the tab at the top that says, “County specific forms”.

These videos are broken down into 3 parts.

1. Filing initial documents so you can get your case started.
2. Filling our the required financial and property disclosures.
3. How to prepare your judgment.

With all the video tutorials, we have included a link to the form that is in fillable format. This means you can open up the link and fill it out while we are explaining how to do it on the tutorial.

Click next below to get started or click on “How To Complete FL-100 Petition” in the navigation drop down.
