What a lot of people don’t know is that I worked for the Court’s in the past. My function was working with the Judge and approving the divorce judgments.

I was the one that came up with the judgment checklists for the courts. Yes, I took a look at all the reasons the court’s were rejecting judgments and came up with an internal form I created that is now used to verify all the forms are completed.

Below you will find the checklists for the different type of divorce you have. Whether is it a divorce with our without children, there is a different checklist. Whether there is spousal support, child support or property, there is a different checklist.

The reason being is that there is slightly different paperwork that needs to be competed in each instance and we wanted to make it easy to figure out which forms you needed.
